Getting started with Keno
Keno is one of those games that you either love or hate. Normally, you'll find a live Keno lounge tucked away in some corner of casinos that have it.

Whether you're playing live or video Keno, the video game works the same method. It's in fact extremely easy to play. It works much like the lottery, however with better chances and lower payments. Be forewarned, the house benefit in Keno is very large. It's one of those video games where you could turn $1 into thousands of dollars quickly.

The game consists of 80 numbers-numbered 1-80. If you're playing live Keno, the video game will utilize ping-pong type balls, similar to lottery. Video Keno utilizes a RNG (random number generator) to arbitrarily pick numbers.

In each game of Keno, 20 numbers are randomly picked. The top half holds the numbers 1-40 and the bottom half holds the numbers 41-80.

To play a video game of Keno, you should "mark" a ticket. You can pick 1-20 numbers to play. The more numbers you mark, the higher the payouts, but the lower the likelihood of you winning. Let's take a look at an example. Let's state that you mark three numbers. This would be a called a 3-spot.

When the game is running, you "capture" a number if the number chosen is one you marked. You win the optimum payout for that ticket if you catch all of your numbers. For instance, let's state you selected the numbers 1,2 and 3 on your ticket and they all showed up, you 'd win the optimum payment for a 3-spot.
